I'm guessing if the person doesn't vote before the challenge that the Black Vote isn't in effect? Or are the remaining tribe member names put into random.org and the vote taken from there?

I didn't put it into effect last season, but I'm going to do it differently this season, so I will random.org it if the Video Game Tribe wins tonight's challenge.

Ugh! I didn't think everyone would be so hostile over this twist! I thought it would have been a good one to employ. This is the only time I'm ever using this one.

Wow, you're right. I thought that they would have enjoyed the twist and the change of pace. It's certainly not the reaction I expected but it's a great twist and it keeps everyone on their toes

I hate the feedback that you've gotten from the twist. I think that probably shows that it was a good twist (the best twists are met with resentment). It's something original, includes Big Brother (which is hand-in-hand with Survivor), and it changes up the game from just being immunity, tribe loses, tribe votes someone out, rinse, repeat. I hope this doesn't steer you away from making twists like this in the future.
