Challenge Ideas

Awesome. It should run alot smoother than the last challenge. And, I'm surprised at the fights and drama happening. Shosanna/Yoshi during the challenge, the world/Bella every hour everyday..., it's getting intense!

It's great for the episodes, speaking of which, you should have the rough drafts for 2 and 3.

Hey, any thoughts on what we might want to do if there's a tie? I've thought of 3 possibilities: purple rock, re-vote plus tiebreaker, or just do tiebreaker at Immunity. I'm not sure which one I want to go with.

I'm not sure. To be honest, I always hate purple rock, since it takes some of the skill out of the game, you know? I'd say if there is a tie, have a re-vote of the people not in the tie and then if it ties again, go to a tiebreaker challenge for those who tied again. That's what I did on a couple of seasons on Survivor, right?

True, though I fear if the tiebreaker challenge happened before Immunity, it wouldn't be fair on Tatum as she has to work till around the Immunity Challenge, which is why I suggested tiebreaker within the Immunity Challenge.

Also, I noticed Veto in BB22 is the same time as tonight's challenge. Do you still want to do 9:30 or do you want to change the time for that?

Ah, true, that wouldn't be fair. So are you leaning more towards the purple rock then? Or something else? Maybe a revote and then if it ties again, go to the purple rock?

And, I'm not sure. I have to get up early tomorrow so I don't want the challenge too late, so I'm thinking of keeping the challenge at the same time and I'll be able to manage and this one will take importance over BB22.

I'm thinking either purple rock or just having the tied people duke it out at the Immunity Challenge and whoever does better stays.

I agree. I'm fine with tied people duking it out in the next challenge. I mean, it'll be very clear for how people place. They'll have five minutes to find a commercial that features a song and then they have to post a link to the commercial and to the song. Is that the route you want to go?

I'm cool either way, so let's do that if there's a tie, and then if there's still a tie after that, it'll just be 2 people leaving the next Tribal.

I'm impressed and disappointed, to be honest. It seemed like when I first came to IMDb, when a vote didn't go the way it should have, everyone would post a screencap and the truth would come out. I'm surprised at Michael's skill in editing it and then erasing the edit thing or whatever he did (I couldn't photoshop my way out of a paper bag, lol). I do agree with you that it's not polite to the hosts..., but I have to say, it's a first for me to see someone do that.

Yeah, same here. The Screencap he posted looked so real, I was struggling to find where anything was different. I saw the original vote too, in case anything ever happens and someone questions it.

Quick Question: Do you think that five minutes is long enough for the players to find the links to a commercial with a song featured in it and a video with the song itself? I want to be realistic, but I don't want to give them too much time, you know?
